- This will be a firm fixed price, requirements type contract. Contractor shall furnish labor, supervision, tools, supplies, equipment, delivery, and transportation necessary to provide mortuary services for the Military Forces, at Contractors facili ties (excludes funeral services). The area of performance is the State of Hawaii. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 31 March 2005. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the sol icitation and may be earlier or later than 22 April 2005. Period of performance is 1 Jun 05 through 31 May 06 with 4 prepriced 12-month option periods. This procurement is unrestricted. Telephone requests will not be honored. Once poste d on this website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments. Recommended minimum IT capabilities for contractor systems are 56K modems for website downloads and 2 mb email capacity. T his is a recurring requirement. Services are currently performed under separate contract. Current contractor is Borthwick Mortuary, 1330 Maunakea Street, Honolulu, HI 96817-4134. Current contract is a base with four option years and the estimated contra ct price is $1,201,931.00.
