- Please be advised of the below mentioned changes for synopsis FA4897-05-R-0013. A new synopsis was created on 25 Mar 05 labeled as F3F1S15063A100 (dated 25 Mar 05). This is for the same project as synopsis FA4897-05-R-0013 (dated 11 Jan 05) and was created to save valuable posting time waiting for FA4897-05-R-0013 to be un-archived to make a modification incorporating the correct NAICS code. The original synopsis, FA4897-05-R-0013, stated the incorrect NAICS code of 561990 "All Other Support Services". The correct NAICS code of 561210 "Facilities Support Services" was included in synopsis F3F1S15063A100. Now that the original synopsis, FA4897-05-R-0013 is un-archived, synopsis F3F1S15063A100 will be canceled. All information included in that synopsis will be incorporated in the original synopsis FA4897-05-R0013 via this modification. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and service to perform program support, administration support, quality assurance services, and technical services to the 366 Fighter Wing. The contractor shall provide highly qualified and specialized personnel who have technical expertise and knowledge in program support, Operational Security (OPSEC), Communication Security (COMSEC), Automated Information Security (AIS), security programs, and information systems security. The contractor shall also provide personnel with technical expertise and knowledge in classified documentation and media control, combat readiness training, and/or operational employment of air combat weapons systems and facilities security relating to systems, personnel, information, equipment, and Air Force facilities management. These services will ultimately support existing combat information technology readiness programs as well as scheduled and unscheduled operational security. The contractor shall support the programs, projects, and processes used the 366 FW to develop or sustain combat capabilities that meet existing and future wartime requirements. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed-priced contract for a 12 month period beginning 1 June 05 through 31 May 06. This Standard industrial Classification for this acquisition is, and the North American Industry System code is 561210. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. Interested SB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as early as possible but not later than 14 days after publication of this notice. If adequate interest is not received from SB concerns, the solicitation shall be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice. Therefore, replies to this office are still required from all interested business concerns. Solicitation documents will be made available o/a 12 April 2005. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires a DUNS number and may take up to three weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
