Description
Solicitation for NSN 1615-01-100-2848 / rb050730040000. P/N 65105-11502-102. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The only approved sources for this item are Sikorsky Aircraft and Tek Precision Co. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=7 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=7, O=7 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=22, O=28 / Estimated annual quantity: B=22, O=28. The required delivery schedule is 220 days after receipt of order, FOB destination, inspection and acceptance at origin. This solicitation contains a First Article ? Government and Production Lot Testing ? Requirements. This solicitation contains a surge requirement. The total surge quantity is 12. The required delivery schedule for the surge requirement: 3 each ? 90 Days ARO / 3 each ? 120 Days ARO / 3 each 150 Days ARO / 3 each 180 Days ARO. Offerors are required to submit a surge plan detailing how they intend to meet both surge schedule and quantity requirements. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
