- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) is seeking quotations from interested vendors to establish an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for Pallets. This solicitation is being issued under the Commercial Test Program, FAR 13.5. The NSNs covered under the solicitation are 3990-00-935-7960, 3990-00-599-5326 and 3990-01-041-8803. These items are being procured to support our customer at Defense Distribution Depot Red River. Award evaluation of the IDPO shall be on the basis of the current quantity requirement. A standard purchase order may be issued, in lieu of the IDPO, without notice, for the current requirement quantity. This may happen if a determination is made that an IDPO is not cost effective, or no acceptable offer is received for the IDPO portion of the solicitation. Award of the IDPO shall be on the basis of a Bi-Lateral purchase order with additional delivery orders to be issued as quantity requirements at the established, predetermined unit price(s), terms and delivery schedule. The term of one (1) year shall apply to this IDPO with the total purchase price not to exceed $5,000,000.00. Clause I151 must be checked to evaluate offers for the IDPO.
