- Description
- NSN: 5930-01-316-8989. SWITCH, PROXIMITY. Critical Application Item and QPL requirements apply (ref: IAW Spec NR MIL-PRF-24711A, Basic dated 5/11/2001, Amend NR DTD, type # M24711/AC-0.5-N.O.). The three approved QPL sources to date are Honeywell, cage code (91929); Marine Electric Systems, cage code (00062); and Eldec Corporation, cage code (08748). This procurement is not restricted to small business concerns. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government procurement agency. The total shall not exceed 3 years, i.e. Indefinite Quantity Contract anticipated (1 year basic/ 365 days), with 2 ? one year options. Various increments solicited and estimated annual demand is 88 each. Inspection/Acceptance is destination and requested delivery for stock replenishment is FOB destination. Price may be a significant factor in evaluation of offers, the final award decision shall be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
