- This is modification 15 to the synopsis entitled: Occupational Medicine and Occupational Health Contract (OMOHC), solicitation number: NNJ05064093R which was posted on August 13, 2004. The purpose of this modification 15 is to: 1) Update personnel assigned to the current Occupational Medicine and Occupational Health contract; 2) Update personnel assigned to the Occupational Medicine and Occupational Health Contract (OMOHC) recompetition; 3) Post the Occupational Medicine and Occupational Health Contract (OMOHC) request for proposal. The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
