- NAICS Code: 51121 This amendment is issued to amend the current announcement for RFQ-GA-05-00012 to 1) revise the URL for the Electronic Data Deliverable; 2) clarify the version required for the ancillary software EPA, Region 4 intends to purchase under this solicitation; 3) clarify compatibility requirements of the Environmental Data Management System Software; 4) include requirement for additional information to be submitted with vendor quotation that will be evaluated; and, 5) to extend the due date and time for receipt of quotations. 1) The requirement under Paragraph 3h. is changed from "The system shall natively support the Region 5 Electronic Data Deliverable (EDD) - see http://www.epa.gov/region5superfund/edman/ to "The Electronic Data Deliverable (EDD) shall be formatted in the same manner as Region 5. The Manual for Electronic Data, Version 1.1, EPA Region 5 dated June 2004 is located at: http://www.epa.gov/region5/superfund/edman/download/ManualforElectronicData.pdf. 2) The software version for any and all of the ancillary software reference in this RFQ shall be the most current version available. For example, the most current version of RockWorks is RockWorks 2004. 3) In Paragraph 3, add the following requirement in subparagraph t: "The Environmental Data Management System software shall be capable of being made compatible to meet Federal government requirements in accordance with the definition of "commercial item" under FAR 2.101." 4) Under additional information to be provided with vendor quotation, add: 3. The vendor shall describe how efficiently/easily the referenced third party software programs are utilized by the Environmental Data Management System software. 5) The revised due date for submission of quotations is changed to 4:30 P.M. on March 31, 2005.
