- The Government intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type of contract with Firm Fixed Price arrangement with Economic Price Adjustment for chemicals as required by the NAVFAC MID-ATLANTIC, Material Department, Norfolk VA. This requirement calls for deliveries of sulfuric acid (technical grade, 93% minimum concentration grade) and caustic soda (sodium hydroxide rayon grade 50%) to NAVFAC MID-ATLANTIC, Material Department, Building X-275, 9742 Maryland Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23521. FOB point is destination. The resulting contract will be for a base year with four one-year options. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns. The NAICS code is 424690. This requirement is a follow-on to N00189-00-D-0044 awarded to AFA Construction, Inc., 3721 Santa Rosa Avenue, Suite B7, Santa Rosa, CA 95407. The proposed requirement will utilize procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. NO SOL! ICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME.
