- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport intends to award on a sole source basis a firm fixed price contract to Ramix Inc. to perform tasks on the Ramix PMC-695 Gigabit Ethernet Card,PMC-473F and 474F TAXI Interface Cards. Ramix is the designer and manufacturer of the Interface Cards and is the only company suited to complete these tasks in a timely and cost-effective manner. Ramix?s experience with the PCI devices and familiarity with NUWCNPT?s test sets make them uniquely suited to complete the necessary tasks. A formal solicitation N66604-05-Q-2666 will be posted on our website on approximately 3/28/05. A completed copy of FAR 52.213-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items must be summated with quote. Offers should include price and delivery terms. Offers must be submitted to Commercial Acquisition Department, Bldg. 11, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Code 5912, Simonpietri Drive, Newport, RI 02841-1708 or may be faxed to 401 832-4820.
