- SYNOPSIS ? NEW Base Custodial ? FA3047-05-R-0011 This is a commercial services synopsis for Base Custodial Services at Lackland AFB (LAFB) TX. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, personnel, equipment, labor, vehicles, transportation, and applicable licenses, permits, immunization records, health cards and/or certificates necessary to perform Base Custodial Services in various buildings at Lackland AFB(LAFB), Lackland Training Annex (LTA), and Kelly Field Annex (KFA). This announcement constitutes the synopsis only. A solicitation will be issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) no later than 11 Apr 05. The anticipated period of performance will be a Basic Period of 12 months plus 4 ? 12 month option years. This procurement is 100% set-aside under the small business administration 8(a) competitive program. The NACIS code for this project is 561720 with a size standard of $14.0 Million. The solicitation will be posted on or about the 11th of April 2005. Proposals will be due on or about the 11th of May 2005 Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 in order to receive award.
