Description: The Patent and Trademark Office intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.301-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). American Management Systems, Inc., 12601 Fair Lakes Circle, Fairfax, VA 22033, is the only known source that can continue to provide the required Hyperion SQR software product/service utilized by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The Hyperion SQR software product/service is being procured for a twelve-month period. The requirement is for continued use of the proprietary Hyperion SQR software product/service. No solicitation document exists.
