- Presolicitation notice to procure technical assistance for side scan sonar survey for the NOAA, Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary. The need is for four (4) experienced individuals to accomplish mobilization and demobilization of the survey equipment and winch and assist with operation and troubleshooting of survey equipment and winching device. Detailed scope of work to be sent out to interested parties on or about April 7, 2004. Period of performance to begin June 15th in Port Angeles, Washington. Estimated amount not to exceed the Simplified Acquisition threshold.
