- PR No: RD050730030000; This solicitation will contain 2 NSNs, for F-16 aircraft Fittings, Wing, Structural. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. The OEM is Lockheed Martin Corp (81755). There are five approved sources: Cyclone Aviation Products (S5503); HM Dunn Co (64666); Metalcraft Industries (0HCF0); Westpark IDS (00KE8) and Hill Aerospace & Defense LLC (55064). The NSNs, Part Numbers, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1) 1560-01-042-2076; P/N 16W253-7; AEQ = 163 Base Year and 52 each Option Year; and Maximum Annual Qty = 189 Base Year and 104 each for all Option Years; 2) 1560-01-042-9187; P/N 16W254-8; AEQ = 36 Base Year and 76 each Option Year; and Maximum Annual Qty = 74 Base Year and 152 each for all Option Years. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspt/Accpt: Origin. Delivery: 1) 65 days ARO; 2) 263 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. First Article Testing Applies. Export controlled data package is available; the technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by the Defense Logistics Center. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 15 Apr 05. The anticipated award date is 15 Jun 05. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
