Description

Indefinite Quantity Contract anticipated: NSN 5930-01-179-3721, Switch, Pressure. Approved sources: United Electrical Controls, Precision Sensors Division (14314) P/N P8M-70, Sigma-Netics Inc (24038) P/N 701217, Spectrum Associates (55723) P/N HS4708-2, and Hydra-Electric (98505) P/N 7159 I/A/W Drawing NR 02731 HS4708, Basic dated 03/10/76, Amend NR E dated 02/10/87, Type Number HS4708-2. This item requires serialization. The awardee will be given the serialization information at time of award. This is a small business set-aside. The technical data cited in this solicitation is not complete; however, the item provided must meet the requirements of the cited technical data in addition to the requirements of the part numbered item listed on this solicitation. Only those vendors who have access to the data should quote. Any alternate offeror must provide a complete data package for evaluation including data for the approved part and the alternate part. Various increments will be solicited: 75-274 each, 275-474 each, 475-674 each, 675-875 each. The surge requirement for this item is as follows: 27 ea to be delivered in 30 days, 27 ea. to be delivered in 60 days, 25 ea. to be delivered in 90 days. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 3 years: 1 year Basic, 2 one-year (365 days each) option periods. See numbered notes 1 and 26. Copies of this solicitation will be available on the DSCC website after 05 April 2005.
