- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, has a requirement for an eight (8) flight clearance certified, fire warning kits consisting of dual loop(two-single loop) eutectic salt elements in support of E-2C production install requirements. The Government intends to contract on a sole source basis with Kidde Aerospace, 4200 Airport Drive NW, Wilson, NC 27896. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements within 45 days from this issuance of this notice. All responses will be considered by the Agency. Note 22 applies.
