- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item(s) prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. Proposals are requested and a w ritten solicitation will not be issued. W91YTZ-05-T-0095 is issued as the Governments intent to award sole source (Note 22) to Immucor. The solicitation document and incorporated Provisions and Clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circu lar (FAC) 2001-27. This Procurement is unrestricted. The SIC Code is 2836; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325413. The North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for Capture-R P lates (#6440), qty 4; Capture-R Indicator (#6427), qty 14; Capture-R Controls (#66245), qty 2; and Capture-R LISS (#6420), qty 3 as a standing order for delivery to Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC), Washington DC 20307. Product with the longest shel f life is required. The following Provisions and Clauses are incorporated and shall remain in full force in any resulting purchase order: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items. The Government reserves the right to make award on the initial proposals received without discussion s. The Government will consider all quotes received by 28 March 2005.
