- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation s are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued W91QF5-04-T-0016 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 20 01-23. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 561730. This will be a base year with four option years for the following items PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY. Lease to buy 1 each 12 channel freedom recording solution with a five year lease for the Provo st Marshalls office at Fort Lee, VA. Period of performance will begin 1 April 2005 and end 31 March 2006 with each following years being 1 April through 31 March. Contract to end 31 March 2010. Lease to include lease and maintenance of all equipment with purchase of equipment at end of lease for $1.00 buy back price. CLIN 0001 Base year; CLIN 0002 option year 1 (1 April 2006 to 31 March 2007); CLIN 0003 option year 2 (1 April 2007 to 31 March 200 8); CLIN 0004 option year3 (1 April 2008 through 31 March 2009); CLIN 0005 option year 4 (1 April 2009 through 31 March 2010) The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this requisition.
