- This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation for Engineering Services in support of USAF requirements for the AN/ALQ-161A Radar Frequency System/Electronic Countermeasures System (RFS/ECMS) designed to provide an automatic, fully power-managed jamming system for the B1B Bomber.
