- The project consists of designing, implementing, and administering a programmatic multiparty process for gathering information on the role of local communities in the development of stewardship contracting agreement or contract plans and to prepare a summary for both the Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management analyzing the information compiled. Solicitation will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS web site on or about Mar. 23, 2005. Estimated start work date is June 7, 2005. This project is Full and Open Competition. The government expects to award a Firm Fixed contract consisting of a base year and four option years.
