- The United States Postal Service hereby submits a Request For Proposal (RFP) for Terminal Handling services to support the surface transportation of mail for the Indianapolis HASP. The U.S. Postal Service anticipates a single award from this RFP. The contract awarded under this solicitation will be for a term beginning on or about September 11, 2004 and ending close of business, September 10, 2006.
