- The Executive Office of the President, Office of Administration, will issue Request for Proposals (RFP) # EOPOA-25011 for contractor services to host and maintain a volunteer search engine on the USA Freedom Corps web site at www.usafreedomcorps.gov. Applicable NAICS is 518112. The website search engine contains information gathered from various third-party sources and provides a clearinghouse of that information where individuals may search for volunteer opportunities according to their interests and their geographic location. The search engine currently contains information from 13 partner organizations that provide hundreds of thousands of volunteer opportunities for both Federally-administered service programs as well as non-profit organizations. The contractor shall be responsible for all services required to gather information for, host, and maintain the search engine, including database management and ongoing technical support. The contract will be firm, fixed price for one year from October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006 with three (3) one-year renewal options. RFP EOPOA-25011 will be issued on or about April 25, 2005 with proposals due approximately 30 days later.
