- The Government intends to procure the following items: Pump Modification Kit ? Gorman-Rupp Co. P/N 11625-47 as shown on Sheet 4 of DWG 11625-C, QTY 6 each. Quoted as a delivered price to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME. The proposed requirement will be awarded under a Firm Fixed Price contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will Not be issued. This announcement is issue as N00102-05-Q-0862 The standard NACIS classification (336312) and incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition circular 2001-26 / 2001-27. This acquisition is reserved for Small Business. Place of delivery is Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth NH. Conditions--Commercial items; Clause 52.212-4 applies.
