- Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Division, Patuxent River MD 2.5.1.4 has a requirement to obtain technical and engineering support for Multistatic ASW programs. The support is needed for the enhancement of ASW programs for IEER Ground Replay that includes but is not limited to Extended Echo Ranging (EER), Improved Extended Echo Ranging (IEER), Advanced Extended Echo Ranging (AEER) and Air 4.5 Science and Technology. This is a notice of intent to request a proposal from and negotiate with BBN Technologies; 10 Moulton St. CAMBRIDGE,MA. who has been identified as the only company that has applications already tailored to the requirements for performing the detailed reconstruction and analysis. (FAR 52.212-1) There are no other sources that have been identified with the same tailored applications for the requirements needed. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit technical information and a technical capability statement in response to this notice. Responses without a return address, mailing address, and company telephone number will not be recognized. Proprietary data in the responses will be protected where so designated. NOTE: Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DOD activity. Information on registration and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained by calling 1-88-227-2423, or by accessing the CCR web site at http://ccr.edi.isa.mil/. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely with in the discretion of the Government.
