- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) has a sole source/firm-fixed contract N00019-03-C-0017 with Litton Guidance and Controls Systems to procure Global Positioning System Inertial Navigation Assemblies (GINA). The contract contains a base and three option years and is in effect through fiscal year 2006. Litton Guidance and Control Systems is the sole designer and developer of the GINA system. GINA consists of a self contained, all attitude, world wide, strap-down Inertial Navigation Systems (INS) and an embedded GPS receiver (EGR) that is capable of fully authorized operations whenever any combination of Selective Availability and Anti-Spoofing (SA/AS) operation is employed by the GPS Space and Control Segments. NAVAIRSYSCOM has plans to procure approximately twenty-one (21) GINA units under Contract N00019-03-C-0017 for the final option year buy (FY06) . Primary POC is Mrs. Ozdem S.
