- Description
- The vessels under this contract will be used to support research and development (R&D) projects. This is a bareboat charter for one or two vessels for a firm period commencing the date the vessel is placed on hire and ending 30 September 2005 with four (4) one-year option periods. Each vessel will be on a separate contract line item number (CLIN). The Government reserves the right to award one or both of the Fiscal Year 2005 CLINs listed in Section B. The Government may make more than one award under this solicitation for vessels meeting the minimum characteristics described below. Only US-flagged, coastwise-endorsed vessels will be considered for award. Funds are not currently available for this procurement. In the event funds remain unavailable, this procurement will be cancelled without an award being made. Offers shall be submitted no later than 1500, local time, 05 April 2005.
