- Description
- Solicitation 8005-11 seeks fully Contractor operated and maintained helicopter flight services consisting of one light helicopter which will be used to support the National Park Service at Yellowstone National Park in support of their fire management, search and rescue and short-haul program requirements. The helicopter is based at Mammoth, Wyoming with an exclusive use period of 108 days beginning approximately June 15th. The contract includes unilateral options of renewal for 4 additional years. The Contractor must possess a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certificate issued under 14 CFR Part 135, 133, and 137. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is March 23, 2005. It is a requirement that the successful awardee be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). The solicitation will be available at this site and www.oas.gov/dam and is set aside 100% for performance for a small business concern.
