- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Clarus Technologies, LLC. Bellingham, Wa. for the purchase of PCS 25 Parts Washer and WP 680SR Parts Washer Filters (4 Per Case).This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is n ot considered a request for proposals or quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in resopnse to this notice, but will be used to determine if a comparable source of offerors are available and more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination be the Government not to compete this proposed contr act based on this notice is soley with the discretion of the Government.
