- Notice of intent to award a sole source small business procurement under NAICS code 235110 to Setpoint Systems Corporation, 2680 S. Platte River Drive, Denver, Co 80223. The Government intends to issue a sole source contract for a Technical Service Agreement for Delta Controls Building Automation Temperature Control System on Buckley Air Force Base and the Buckley Annex EMCS. This agreement will run one (1) year. The 460th Contracting Squadron intends to award a contract by other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
