Delivery: on or before 30 Nov 06. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 6 Apr 05 and the approximate response date will be 6 May 05. FY 05 Funds apply to this requirement. No obligation will be incurred until FY 05 funds availability has been certified. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award to a small business concern under the authority of FAR 19.502. Surplus materials may be acceptable to fulfill the government?s needs for this item. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable.
