- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #FA8601-05-R-0007 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-01, effective 09 Mar 2005. A Fixed Price Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ) Contract is anticipated for a period of five years (base plus four option years). The Base Period of Performance is estimated 1 JUL 05 through 30 JUN 06. Work will be accomplished according to the RFP (see Clauses), Bid Schedule (Exhibit A), Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1), Work Load Data (Appendix A), Building Data Sheets (Appendix B), Service Contract Act Wage Determination No: 94-2419, REV 25 (Attachment 2), Instructions, Conditions, and Notice to Offerors (Attachment 3), Evaluation Factors (Attachment 4), and Past Performance Questionnaire (Attachment 5). The service to be acquired is for full custodial services for the National Museum of the United States Air Force. The Classification Code is S201, Custodial ? Janitorial Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICs) code for this acquisition is 561720, Size Standard: $14.0 million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for HUBZone concerns. A HUBZone concern in this NAICS code cannot exceed $14.0 million average gross revenue over the last 3 fiscal years. The Request for Proposal (RFP), the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and information regarding the pre-bid/pre-proposal conference (site-visit) is attached. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE SENT. All responsible HUBZone sources may submit a proposal and shall be considered. Facsimile or alternate proposals are not acceptable.
