- The VA Puget Sound Health Care System, Seattle, WA intends to negotiate a sole source commercial item Consignment Agreement with Day Surgical Products Inc for Kurz Bell Partial Prostheses and Kurz Aerial Total Prostheses. Period of performance will be one year from date of award with four options to extend. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. If however, any source believes it can provide the items described above it is encouraged to email Robin Tice, Contracting Officer at: robin.tice@med.va.gov. Supporting evidence (ie authorized distributor, etc.) must be furnished, in sufficient detail to demonstrated the ability to comply with the above requirement.
