- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 6650-01-414-9425, YPG05031000012, Binocular in accordance with, Fujinon Inc., Cage: 64991, P/N 7X50 ARC. Another source listed is Pioneer & Co., Cage: 8W201, P/N #695. This is a Definite Quantity Contract for 875 each for the base and a 100% quantity option. No technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. This requirement will be issue as Unrestricted Other Than Full And Open Competition.
