- This is a Request For Quotation (RFQ) for a quantity of thirteen (13) of NSN 5180 01 341 4030 Tool Kit (Please note the quantity may increase slightly by time of award), Tube Fitting- DEUTSCH METAL COMPONENTS PART NUMBER DLTFRPSKT3001 OR EQUAL. All offers are to be FOB destination. In addition to the normal clauses that apply to all GSA purchase orders, 552.225-70 Notice of Procurement Restriction ? Hand or Measuring Tools or Stainless Steel Flatware also applies. The Government will make award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government considering price and delivery. Delivery will be significantly more important than price. Where proposals are determined to be essentially equal the award will be made to the contractor submitting the lowest price.
