- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport has a requirement for the following: 200 each Transformer, Control, in accordance with Drawing 2064245, Rev F. This requirement will include four (4) options to purchase an additional 250 each. Due to the poor quality of the drawing, hard copy drawings will need to be requested. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-05-Q-0127 which is ready for download within 24 hours at the address below: http://www-keyport.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil/NECO/Solicitation.htm. Select Request for Quotes, and N00253-05-Q-0127 will be listed with the list of available RFQs. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. This requirement is to be FOB Destination Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345-7610 with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination with a required delivery date of 01 June 2005. Quotes/Offers are due no later than 04 April 2005, 08:00 am Paci! fic Time. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9E. Commercial Simplified Procedures shall be used for this procurement. Firms interested in submitting quotes must (1) complete the pricing providing unit prices and extended pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the required clauses, ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). No paper copies of this RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and may result in rejection. Responses shall be due no later than 0800 hours PT on 04 April 2005. Acquisition of Commercial Item Procedures shall be used for this procurement.
