- This solicitation announcement was previously submitted under Request for Proposal N6554004R0018 and replaced with N6554005R0001. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division intends to solicit on a competitive, best value basis a firm fixed price indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract for a period of five years for the furnishing of Non-Lubricated, Rotary, Low Pressure Air Plants (LPAP) and associated Technical Data. The LPAPs shall consist of a Low Pressure Air Compressor and a Low Pressure Air Membrane Dehydrator. A Performance Specification will be provided with the release of Request for Proposal (RFP) N65540-05-R-0001. A First Article Test Sample is required and will be detailed in the RFP.
