- Description
- The work includes constructing a chain link fence and gates around a concrete storage yard, and constructing a metal building office, auxiliary storage shed and concrete block electrical building, including site work, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing and incidental related work. The proposed contract is 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 and Size Standard of $28.5 Million. Estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available for electronic download on or about 05 April 2005. Bid opening date will be on or about 05 May 2005. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. Official access to the solicitation is via the Internet at the NAVFAC E-Solicitations (ESOL) website: http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil and may be downloaded free of charge.
