Description

It is the intent of the Naval Medical Logistics Command to award an interim bridge personal services contract for Dental Services in the Gulf Coast region as follow-on to an expiring Multiple Award Task Order Contract in anticipation of award resulting from solicitation N62645-03-R-0001 for Dental Services. An interim bridge contract shall be issued to The OMO Group, Inc., 8627 Cinnamon Creek, Building 401, San Antonio, TX 78240 for .5 FTE Dental Hygienist for Corry Station, Pensacola, FL; .5 Dental Hygienist for Panama City, FL; 1 FTE Dental Hygienist for Ingleside, TX; 4 Dental Assistants for NATTC, Pensacola, FL; 1 FTE Dental Assistant for Corpus Christi, TX; 1 FTE Dental Assistant for Meridian, MS; 1 FTE Dental Assistant for Gulfport, MS; 1 FTE Dental Assistant for New Orleans, LA; 1 FTE Dental Hygienist for Charleston, NC; 1 FTE Dental Assistant for Albany, GA; 1 FTE Dental Assistant for Key West, FL; and 1 FTE Dental Assistant for Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, MS. Period of performance for each interim bridge contract is 1 Apr 05 through 30 Sep 05. This acquisition is Restricted. Sole Source: In accordance with (10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 5.302-1 Only One Responsible Source for each contract.
