- Statement of Work The Defense Personnel Security Research Center (PERSERE) is seeking a vendor to supply a National Index of Real Estate Transactions on a one Year Lease. 1) Each transaction must contain the following: Ownership Base Record: Owner Names Tax Amount Location Address Phone Number State Code Mailing Address Assessed Value FIPS County Code Map Grid Percent Involvement Municipality Code Legal Description Homeowner Exemption Parcel Number Property Characteristics: Standard Use Code Number of Bedrooms Roof Type Lot Size Number of Rooms Construction Quality Lot Depth Fireplace Flag Building Shape Year Built View Flag Sq. Footage 1St Floor Effective Year Built Garage/Carport Sq. Footage 2nd Floor Number of Units Garage Sq. Footage Sq. Footage 3 Floor Number of Stories Heating/Cooling Sq. Footage Additions Sq. Footage Cooling Detail Number of Bathrooms Heating Detail Sales and Loan Information: Last Non-Money Transaction Date Sale Amount Interest Rate Type Last Non-Money Transaction Full or Partial Transfer Value Transaction Type Document Number 1st Loan (Assoc. with the sale) Deed Type Sale Date 2nd Loan (Assoc. with the sales trans.) Lender Name 2. PERSEREC must receive monthly updates of all transactions nationwide (provide a minimum of 800 jurisdictions) 3. Vendor should be able to supply at least 10 year historical file on past data 4. Formatted onto Digital Linear Tape 5. Vendor must have ability to provide Tax assessor as well as sales and refinance real estate information 6. Vendor must have ability to have its technical/account management staff available to work with PERSEREC to develop search strategies and indexes. 7. Vendor must have ability to provide the entire required data elements that PERSEREC's automated system utilizes and to provide them in a format compatible with that software.
