Description

This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. The proposed procurement will be issued as a new work modification to Contract No. DAAB07-02-D-B201 to BAE Systems, Information & Electronics Integration, Inc, Nashua, NH. It will be award ed under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The U.S. Army proposes increase the ceiling dollar limitation under the existing Time and Materials requirements contract for Contractor logistic, engineering, soft ware, installation and product improvement support and services. Delivery orders will be issued for each task. Specific expertise of the systems is required to perform the engineering support required for this effort. A level III drawing package is not available for this system. A minimum clearance level of TOP SECRET is required See notes 22 and 26. The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) has established an Interactive Business Opportunity Page (IBOP) website as part of the Armys S ingle Face to Industry to allow electronic posting of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM to Industry. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate and send and receive information f rom the IBOP at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil. You may access potential CECOM Business Opportunities by simply selecting CECOM Comm. & Elec. Com. under the heading View by Contracting Activity and then click on GO. Registration for a user ID and pa ssword will only be necessary when you are considering the submission of proposal to CECOM through the IBOP. Offerors submitting bids shall follow the instructions, which are stated in the solicitation, which describe time, place and date the bids will be received.
