- The U.S.Army Soldier System Center has a requirement for monthly preventive maintenance and inspection of transformers and emergency electrical service for the Soldier System Center,Kansas Street,Natick,Massachusetts 01760. This procurement is set as ide 100 per cent for small business. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238210. The small business size standard is $12.0 million. A firm fixed price contract with indefinite quantity items will be awarded for a base year, 1 June 2005 through 31 May 20 06, with four option years.
