Description

Provide lodging for military personnel. A request for proposal (RFP) will be issued. The RFP number is W911S8-05-R-0028. Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized for this procurement. The period of performance begins 11 May 2004 thru 31 August 2004. Requirements are as follows: Provide lodging for 3 groups of military personnel. The size of the groups ranges from 44 personnel to a maximum of 196 personnel. This requirement is. This contract is to be awarded as firm fixed price. The proposed procurement listed here is unrestricted. NAICS code: 72111, Hotel (except casinos) and Motels. The size standard for a small business is defined as any concern including its affiliates with an average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $6 million per year. When issued, the solicitation will be available by downloading from the Directorate of Contracting web site at http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc.
