- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture, Office of Procurement and Property Management, Procurement Operations Division, IT Team, plans to modify an existing contract to Software AG awarded on a sole source basis for the maintenance and upgrades of a suite of proprietary Software AG products used by the National Information Technology Center (NITC), and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This is to provide for 2 additional option periods. The products used by NITC and FAA are currently maintained and upgraded under USDA contract 53-3142-7-2001F. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation exists for this requirement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Please submit your response to the Janice Brown, Contract Specialist, no later than 12:00 noon EST, April 5, 2005. A determination by the Government will be made if a competitive procurement is warranted. No telephone calls will be accepted.
