Description

This project is located on the Angeles National Forest. It involves completely refinishing the exterior wood surfaces of an existing visitor center building and adjacent toilet building including the removal of old finishes, stains, dirt and mildew, and minor repairs such as caulking, sealing, nailing, etc. as necessary. All previously painted metal frames and trims shall be prepped and repainted. The work also includes refinishing all exterior wood decks and railings, and all of the wood components of the pedestrian walkway. Estimated start date is May 9, 2005. The Government estimate is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. NAICS 238320. SBA Size Standard $12.0 million. Contractors MUST be registered with Central Contractors Registery BEFORE a proposal is submitted. Proposals without a CCR number will not be considered for an award. Registration can be done online @http://www.ccr.gov. OFFERS ARE DUE BY 12:00 NOON MAY 2, 2005
