- Description
- Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to acquire limited-source Cable Assemblies through the use of long-term contracts awarded against solicitation SP0412-05-R-1128. This solicitation is comprised of forty-eight (48) NSNs with similar manufacturing processes. It is anticipated that split awards will be made against this solicitation. The resultant contracts will be Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The contracts will have a twenty four month base period and three twelve-month option periods for total maximum period of performance of five (5) years if all options are exercised. Unrestricted solicitation. FOB Destination. Specifications, plans, or drawings are NOT available from and cannot be provided by the government for this acquisition. The NSNs in this solicitation all fall under FSC 5995. Once released (see issue date below) the solicitation will be found at http://www.dscr.dla.mil/externalweb/userweb/faga/marketbasket.html and on the procurement gateway http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home . Please submit written proposals to the DSCR Bid Custodian via mail or fax (FAX number: 804-279-4165). The solicitation will be issued on 15 April 2005 and close on 27 May 2005. Documents will not be available until the solicitation issue date.
