- Description
- Interested offerors are required to submit their developed, operational product, for evaluation and testing, NO LATER THAN 14 April 2005 but NOT SOONER THAN 12 April 2005. The complete address of the Test Laboratory will be provided with the solicitation. Arrangement, shipping, and associated costs to and from testing lab are the responsibility of each individual offeror. The tentative date for issuance of the Request For Proposal (RFP) and all other associated documents is changed to 1 April 2005. The tentative closing date for Offerors Technical Proposal Package is changed to 3 May 2005. Hard Copies of the solicitation will NOT be issued. It it is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the EPS system for the RFP and all subsequent amendments. Solicitation documents will ONLY be made available via the internet at www.eps.gov via FedBizzOpps. Solicitation requests via regular mail will not be made available by this offer. All responsive and responsible firms may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency. See Numbered Note 12!! *****
