- Description
- AMOUNT: Approximately 8,390 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 7,295 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 7,514 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office and related space. LOCATION: Space must be located within the central business district (CBD) of Chattanooga, T.N. outside of the flood plain area and easily seen from a major street. If no rentable rates are available within the CBD, rental rates located outside the central business district will be considered. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy NO LATER THAN March 1, 2005. TERM: Lease term will be for ten years with the Government having cancellation privileges in whole or in part on 60 days written notice after fifth year. OWNERS & AGENTS: Submission by any party other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
