- Description
- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWARSYSCOM) in support of Trident Warrior 05 SIGABA Interop Express Effort for SPAWAR 05 Office, intends to award a sole source contract to Secure Data in Motion, Inc., 1875 South Grant Street, 10th Floor, San Mateo, CA 94402-2669. The contract will provide engineering and technical support for developing Allied/Coalition architecture for Interop Express Key and Authentication servers, developing test plans for the Risk Reduction Limited Objective Experiments and At-Sea Experiments; participation in the Risk Reduction Limited Objective Experiment, including software configuration, support in accrediting the Interop Express software for operation on CENTRIXS networks, support during At-Sea Experiment Phase, including software installation and configuration on appropriate ships and shore nodes, attendance and support at appropriate Trident Warrior 05 planning conferences and other associated meetings, support in Trident Warrior 05 metrics gathering and data analysis, support the final Trident Warrior 05 report writing, and other support as required for a successful assessment of Interop Express during Trident Warrior 05. SPAWAR anticipates the award of a Time and Material contract with a period of performance through 31 January 2006. The Government is not soliciting proposals in response to this synopsis as a determination of sole is on file. However, since it is the policy of the Government to foster competition, any prospective offeror may provide information, which the Government will consider, in its continued review of the sole-source nature of the requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210. The solicitation for this requirement is expected to be released on or about 8 April 2005
