- The Regional Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Pearl Harbor, Hawaii intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with H20 Process, Inc. for the acquisition of supplies. The RFQ number is N00604-05-T-S001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The NAAICS code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 221310 and 500 employees, respectively. The FSC Code is 4610. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Quote MUST include a completed Representations and Certifications (FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial items and DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items). All prospective quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of modifications (if any) or other information pertaining to this request for quotation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this synopsis, which shall be considered. This synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for a firm fixed type contract incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 2001-26 and DFARS change notice 20050113. The Regional Contracting Department, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii intends to award a single, firm fixed price contract for: Item 0001; FG-Gel Water Absorptive Clay, Biofilter Additive, 19 TN. Item 0002; TF-100 Ceramic Soil Additive (50 # bags) 16 each. Item 0003; O-Rings (5? diameter) Closed cell, Spliced and Vulcanized ?? Nominal Cross Section Diameter, Neoprene. All items to be used by the Biocube Biofilter Odor Control System at the Wastewater Treatment Plant at Fort Kamehameha. Quote freight as a separate line item ? delivery to Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, CCP WHSE 30, 25600 South Chrisman Road, Tracy, Ca. 95376-5000, government trans-shipment point. All qualified responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to be eligible for Department of Defense Contract awards.
