- The USGS intends to award a sole-source purchase order to the Channel Islands Regional GIS Collaborative of Thousand Oaks, CA (CIRGIS) for approximately 500 natural-color high-resolution UTM digital image tiles for the Oxnard Area Urban Footprint. CIRGIS is the regional coordinator for geospatial information and their imagery meets USGS specifications for format and currency. The proposed contract action is for goods for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302. Deliver will be FOB Destination to Sacramento, CA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement to the Contracting Officer.
