- This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with The Thayer Hotel for lodging during Educator and Congressional Staff Visits in April 2005. See numbered note 22. Insert three (3) days in lieu of the 45 days shown in note 22. Responses to this notice must be received within three (3) calendar days of the date of this notice via email to Elizabeth.Simihtis@usma.edu. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon re ceipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
